Busou Shinki Battle Masters 2 Dlc Event Data 1 7z
a discussion as to whether the shinkis are toy or dolls is ever brought up and the answer is never given, i feel as if its moot and wont be answered in any way, and while other series have solved this, busou shinki doesnt. hell, the very title of the series wasnt even explained and yet it was fine.

the characters themselves also come with their own backstory and history, with set-tos that are common to all the shinki, some very dark and full of tragedy while others are quite happy and have nice memories of the times they spent with their masters. its a surprisingly emotional side to the series, and with the recent announcements of the upcoming movie, it appears that the series hasnt tapped into that side yet, and which is a shame, seeing as it would seem to be the next step in growth for the series.
the action itself is very simple, there are two main modes to be played in; battle and battle simulation. fans of the original game will be instantly introduced to the battle mode but its a bit limited as the battles are short and the effects are quite fast, as they are in the original game; its essentially a half-hearted redesign of that. battle simulation is where it starts to get fun. in that mode, when battle starts, the shinki dolls are equipped with weapons, or armaments, to fight against each other. as they start to attack, they fire, and a gauge forms which shows how hard theyll be hit if they fail to dodge in time. dodging is the key skill for the shinki, as in order to dodge, it must be able to time the dodge correctly at the right moment and we see some pretty basic physics in action here. there is also the option to absorb attacks using the shinki dolls, the amount of which are illustrated by the orange bar at the bottom. hit the red bar too early and the attack is used up, while if it hits the yellow bar the attack is absorbed fully, which means that the attack will never be used again, and instead is stored for later on in the battle.
